Looks like roughly 12/20 members have measurable snow in central NC, will certainly watch as models converge on a solution in the coming days. Sometimes arctic fronts produce east of the mountains, sometimes they don't.

Can't see exact maps, but Euro is definitely colder at 850mb before the front.

Now that above by the Euro, with the cold that comes in right after, that certainly looks like quite an impact event for the areas getting it if that were to be real.
