System around the 18th-19th has my interest piqued a bit. I can definitely see a light snow event for someone(1-3 inches).

Interesting to see blocking do it’s part, guaranteed SER if that big block wasn’t in place, it’s truly saving us

Legit the first time the ICON has shown snow over my backyard this winter and it has a bit of a warm bias so....this will be a period ill be paying attention to over the next few days even if i myself dont get snow.

Low is way too far north for snow in Atlanta. Hard to get snow in Atlanta with a low in SW GA.

It’s a weak low with limited warm air advection but enough WAA to develop precip.... it’s fine

S/W trough digging into Texas in a favorable way, that look may have been really good for the SE

Nice trends at H5 tonight on the GEFS, really getting the ridge up there towards the arctic = more displacement of cold air
