No, it's not a ULL, it's a surface low that is associated with the boundary. There is more separation from the trailing energy on this run.We have yet another solution lol. This one looks like a ULL. If it doesn't get stuck, maybe it's big time for some areas in the western part of the SE.
The frontal boundary is what's stopping the colder air to push further south and east. There needs to be more separation from the trailing energy. No separation means that the low will ride along the boundary, giving rain mostly south and east of the boundary.HP too weak to deliver the cold to make the system work for most.
