Saw a station in Buford with .65 and .56 a few minutes ago. Dacula which is right down the street is .5 and Jefferson is and .23. It’s definitely spotty right now.
I’m a few miles south of Downtown Buford. It does look like the rainfall rate is starting to increase a bit though. I think 2-5 inches tonight is gonna be reasonable.
 
That is where my home is, but I’m at college in Oklahoma right now. I still got my rain gauge out there. I was specifically mentioning where that was.
Atlanta is marked with the black dot. You can see all the higher totals so far have been on the east side of the city. So I-85 or Hwy78 zone might be the sweet spots.
