I’m sorry to keep carrying this on and like I stated previously I truly hope he/she is in a safe situation, but I do not know any sane person that would use the last of their battery to use Twitter and state you are in a dangerous situation, yet not provide any context or location that would render aid to first responders.

There’s some very questionable sources on Twitter reporting levee failure. Hopefully they’re lying.
If they are caught lying, then jail time. Many are risking their life to help.
Reportedly the Coast Guard is out looking for that chaser. If found to be trolling, they 100% deserve jail time.

Read on Twitter (yes I know) that the main levees around NO are fine, and that it is only the more minor ones that have been overtopped
I’m seeing quite a few reports on Twitter of levees failing NW of NOLA however I will wait until a verified source can confirm this.
