I shouldn’t be afraid to say things for fear of the weenie dislike parade ! But yeah I saw the trend to a stronger Aleutian ridge - weaker nao as time progressed on the last run a few hours ago and stayed quiet . Darn it! It was almost as if energy was transferred to the Aleutian ridge .

I’m with you . I’ve honestly been ready for spring since middle of January . My kids like to plant gardens now and I enjoy that time with them . So much more to do in the spring

It’s 9 days away. I’m not sure you can crown the icon based on a forecast that far out in a year where models have struggled with temps even 48 hours out. Come on now.

No need to argue. Just my personal belief. Like someone said earlier the icon hasn't had any true arctic cold runs all day.
