This pattern is super sticky lol. It just doesn’t want to change . That’s what happens when the NAO is stubbornly negative .

Looks like next weekend could bring in another cold setup. Glad we have the -NAO hanging around to give us a chance in February. But we need some precip to come along the week of the 7th so we don't waste it all.

Yes he always jackpots and then chastises others for being realistic.

We know that models usually overdo snow output. Once big high pressures start showing up, more of us will have a better shot and may the models will do a better job with their snowfall progs.

Yeah well we did already have a modest storm this past week, hoping the shorter wavelengths and slower jet stream the later we get in winter can give us more amped storms with greater boom or bust potential
