Took a trip to the mtns this weekend to make sure I'd get something - 1-2 inches at Lake Lure. It's been 3 years since I've seen a continuous accumulating snowfall like this without tons of pingers!
I’m looking out my window and some trees lit up look shiny lol, sitting at 32.7
That freezing barrier is a real hump to get over in either direction.

I think this storm has made up it's mind. Been raining lightly here for the last 10 minutes or so. Super satisfied with how it went though
Yeah after some snow mixing in for a little a few minutes ago, it’s all rain, the precip rates are calming Down, I’m thinking about waking up for the backside band but Idk
From what I'm seeing you should be seeing a mix to snow from Huntersville north.
But then we're still guessing based on current technology.

No snow here in Roanoke, getting absolutely crapped on by dry slot. Looking bad here. Was suppost to have a few inches by now. Smh

Around 4 inches down here. Coming down pretty hard right now and a good 3-4 hours or so of snow to go.
Looks like maybe some mixing outside the hotel window right now. Hard to tell. Man these roads are going to be a nightmare ☹?

I've been at 33 all night. To me that is perfect. We started as Rain but we switched over pretty dang quick here.

Only about .5 in Roanoke. Dry slot killed us. Going to finish with close to 2 I believe
