Saw a sleet report Knoxville, wonder if Big Frosty, powerstroke poinman get sleeted first couple hours. The soundings arent as bad warm nose wise WS n/w. But 30 miles east in gso it punches in and the airport is about the stopping point, it drops off quick west of that point.

Yup! On the west side of the parkway it's pouring snow and here at my house on the east side it's rain. Very sharp gradient between the rain/ snow line

Still 41 just south of Chapel Hill NC. Is it possible these warmer temps might save us? I’m not trying to (freezing) rain on anybody’s parade, but I’d like for the power to stay on.
