Our cold outbreak was a failure. We had forecasted lows in the 20s the last two days and we couldn't get below 25 either day. Catastrophe. If this is a foretelling of how winter is going to go......

Alll we can score is rain, even with a negative NAO! The raging dumpster fire of a Pacific, is going to continue and there’s no way to get cold air transport, into the SE. cold and warm rains, rest of winter! No snow S of 40, the next 3 months! Toast! Toast!Toast!
