I feel like I’m watching the rematch of last February .. both have shown to be worthy opponents and have shown what they can do in both December and January .. now they fight for February.

Some CAD overrunning set up about to go down 
GFS and CMC is not far at all from having close to the same pattern we have been in reappear around day 10.
Euro trying to freeze us again.
The 6z GFS is all of a sudden loaded with cold and massive potential.
I'm waiting on a certain rodent to see his shadow before I jump on this 6Z run.

Looks like the culprit is the +EAMT extending the pacific jet. We seriously might see another big jet extension

This current storm is disappointing for a lot of us, but the 06z GFS was loaded with opportunities and it does not look like the cold is going very far for a long time. Maybe we can score in February!
