Wintry December 4-7 Winter Precip Chance

Here’s what I think, for areas around CLT, it’s gonna be rain most of the event, and at the end there may be a light mix and maybe a brief changeover, no accums, 0, farther east into E/NE NC is where they stand the better chance of a dusting or more as the N/S energy dives in, and enhances rates there which cools the column, I still think VA is the winner here, if we can get something like the gfs/nam solution where that first piece goes out ahead of the S/S wave, there could be some more widespread snow primarily in NC, still tons of models spread/different solutions

I'm so done with the weather here lol

I am also done, until I see a Winter storm 254 hours out on the GFS showing 1-2 inches of ice accumulation followed 2-4 inches of snow for my location, then I will be sucked right back in everytime. lol

jk, it’s early man. This was always a system that we were all clawing at to work out, still might for some.

It’s basically the GEFS/NAM/GFS vs the middle ground CMC vs the EURO/UK/CMCE and likely soon to be EPS
