We get a nasty little ice storm on the cmc gfs is trying lmao

Last 2 OP runs on CMC trending colder and farther W with wintry storm as well fwiw

Welcome to the party, GFS. I think there is very little doubt a winter storm with big impact is going to hit NC.

NC is going to be in trouble. I think GA will be saved by latent heat release/precip rates.
I would think calling anything at this point would be silly.

Pffft rates are plenty heavy enough and temp upper 20's to around 30
Too early to say for sure. Right now everyone from East AL to NC needs to be on watch.
