Got up to 25 yesterday and down to 10 last night. Almost back to back single digit lows. This is what Christmas is suppose to be feel like

I will act like it never happened to save me from depression.
I will say after being outside for over 3 hours yesterday at the Panthers game, I definitely have a higher respect for Packers and Bears fans
31 now. Forecasted to get to 37. Might throw on my swimming trunks
Rap breaks containment tomorrow, that dry layer is definitely weak enough to saturate and get snow out of 
Again I will reiterate I believe people east of the mountains will see flurries at some point with this clipper system. Might not amount to anything but flakes falling I think is a good bet.
Guess I need to move to central Florida to see snow these days.

Pond by my house is almost all the way glazed over with ice. Last time I saw that was 2018 and it took a lot longer to happen. And to think this all happened since early Friday morning. I can certainly remember some longer cold snaps but we’ve been WELL below freezing for days now. We just broke above freezing. This one has been a zinger.
All I want for Christmas is a lee side trough ??
Absolutely no ground temp issues… if we could get a quick burst we could maybe get a dusting

Well topped 32 here at 1250.. so some 53 hours below freezing since Friday AM.. Less than projected and thinking that the very thin Cirrus deck that came in shortly before dusk provided enough of a "blanket" to keep things "warm" over night.. Bottomed out at 19.4 here with forecast of 12 so got a bit of a "jump' on warming today.
The ground is as solid as I can remember in a long long time.
Don’t think it’ll be above freezing at 03z tomorrow. Lol

Hasn’t made 50F here yet today. 47F currently at 1:45pm. Epic cold by Miami standards.
