Yeah, I was with co-workers in Nevada last week.. and five of the people that I was with now have the "flu" I doubt they've been tested for Coronavirus.

I doubt all 5 have the flu.
 
If this is true then heads need to roll. This would be such an embarrassment if this is how the greatest country in the world handles a pandemic of this magnitude.

From what I’ve read the contagiousness if that’s even a word isn’t much higher then the flu.
Flu- 1- 1.6
C-19- 1- 2.1

I think those numbers are low. Probably north of 2, maybe closer to 4, maybe higher.

We need to test people and try to isolate this as much as possible, unlike the flu there is no vaccine and we need to limit exposure as much as possible till one can be developed, we need to hope this virus reacts to warm weather like most do and that coupled with isolating as many positive cases as we can keep this from being to widespread, if this spreads rapidly and we just let it run its course thousands of people may die needlessly.....the US response so far has been very disappointing....

The Kansas City Health Department has received all of five specimen kits to test for the coronavirus. Those came in on Thursday, along with urgent calls from local emergency rooms being inundated by requests for testing after Vice President Mike Pence’s incorrect Tuesday evening announcement that “any American can be tested.”

That isn’t the case, so “the vice president’s announcement that anybody can go and get tested wasn’t very helpful,” Dr. Rex Archer, who heads Kansas City’s health department, said in an interview. “We had multiple emergency rooms contact us about it, to get the message out that there weren’t tests.”
