I have never had a winter storm in Raleigh where we outperformed the EPS mean precipitation/snowfall. So I consider it good. But still 3 days out.

My first call hasn’t changed for those three cities. I’m hesitant to say 2” even tho some guidance shows that for Charlotte I think it’s too early to suggest more than what I currently said. It’s just to warm there sleet and mix should limit accums significantly.

either gonna be dry for us or too warm for those near charlotte and Atlanta. Somewhere in the middle is probably right with 4-5” for northern foothills. Not 0 or 10 but right in the middle

That’s the one. Rare event. Warzone. I remember it being in the 20’s for the duration. I’ve been waiting 20+ years for another one like it but haven’t come close. May never happen again in my lifetime.
