I'm talking about rooting for extreme Weather, Like rooting for a hurricane and then one like Helene hit.
It's not likely a 1-2" snow is gonna kill too many

I remember those days back on AmericanWx too. Loved the PBP so much from folks like Grit and Burger time. If I'm not mistaken, I think Burger time relocated overseas (Europe i think).

I agree , which is why I said I’ll keep an eye out for those who root for this but then call out those who root for severe storms or hurricanes

I have to say that you make a valid point. I wasn't pleased with AJ1013 wanting a hurricane to cool himself down. But, I have definitely cheered for snowstorms for as long as I can remember.

Being an actual part of the destruction of Helene made me think differently at that particular time. When I was sitting here in misery in the middle of destruction and devastation , he wanted to cool down. It seemed insensitive and wrong at that time. But, it really wasn't. He has no control over what happens. Plus, who I am judge as to what weather someone wants. So, I belatedly apologize to him and anyone else who I might have offended.

So, with that said, I hope that we get enough snow to make everyone happy. But, I hope that we don't get any ridiculous totals or extreme cold. I imagine the water system and power grid are still fragile here. But, like I said, we don't control it.

Back to reading. I don't post much, but I enjoy reading everyone's thoughts.
