We are done for this winter and maybe for many winters to come. This was the area from GSP to RDU's last chance for 1+ inches of snow for probably years and the GSP will not be getting it. Spring needs to hurry up and get here.

We went 4 years with little to nothing after the big coastal storm in 1989 and I see no reason it will not happen again.

wrong! I am in Dallas County which is covered in snow via radar but it’s not making it to the ground. The air is to dry.One more county away from areas just south of Birmingham catching it.

Kinda ironic that the last time I had measurable snow was exactly 3 years ago... down to the exact same timing as well overnight between the 21-22 of Jan.

Oh what could have been if we had a little phasing of the vort, and not a strung out piece of poo. Having snow inch up and just stop at mby yard is great! 
Looking forward to getting back to pattern tracking once the mjo gets back around to phase 7!

26/10 basically. Nothing making it through the dry lower levels. I'm growing more confident that this one is not an over-performer. Doubt I even see a flurry.

I seen flurries all morning long and I am 15 minutes away from you.
And lets not forget the crazy cold of January 21, 1985 in these parts. Most places were below zero ! Exactly 40 years ago today

We had sunshine this morning, but now have significant cloud cover. The clouds were predicted to move in here by the middle of the night, but that never materialized.
