This explains it very well for this winter and going forward. Snow will only be a memory for most of this board in 10-15 years.

Yeah it’s bad dry up that way. I’m praying for a flurry in southern Greenville county which might be doable

Temp went up to 30 and now dropped back to 29. Definitely seems a little darker outside than it was a littler earlier. Still heavy nothing here.

Yea, i tend to agree lol We will see, maybe we will be ok bc ik at some point ppl around Winston / Kernersville will start posting pics like crazy they somehow always do no matter the setup. The Montgomery Alabama Radar donut hole just completely caved. That's a great sign.

We are too far north. This is going to be from Abbeville over to Clinton and Chester. They will be on the back edge and may get .50 of snow. Maybe a few flakes north of I-85, but that's about it.

Work stinks. I have a meeting tomorrow in CLT that I have to be in office for and it seems unlikely it’ll snow enough here to cancel it. Otherwise, I’d go to Raleigh to probably see an actual couple inches on the ground and actually enjoy it with my family.

The lake had started to freeze over near the shallow coves. Haven’t seen that since I moved up here in 2018.

Just no storms, no southern stream, just positively tilted poofs in the wind. Murphy law I guess.

The Upstate gets shafted…again. Last time the warm nose ruined the party and the snow was too our north. This time the cold was too suppressed and it was to our south. Why do I like this hobby again?

What ride the RGEM took me on this past week (relative to my location). From sitting near the head of the dinner table, to eating standing up, to giving me a TV tray, to putting me outside, standing up........as a topper, the beef tenderloin is gone, I get served chitterlings and they take away my plate and utensils and make me eat on a cocktail napkin. Utter disdain and contempt wells deep within my soul.
