It used to be uber flat / suppressed with cyclongensis in the eastern US, this was like 10-15 years ago. I don’t keep up with upgrades like I used to so like all guidance it’s probably much improved. Back then if the navgem was amped and close to the coast it usually meant the storm would verify as an Apps runner or the TN Valley. Normally wanted to see it with a signal but suppressed which played in to its bias and meant more chance for being inside 40/70
