I'd say you and Mitch and Shawn are sitting great! And I'm happy for yall. Columbia had a 10" snow back when I was on the other site and it was painfull and fulfilling at the same time to. We haven't had a double digit snow up here since the 80's...thats tough.

I am going with 4-6 inches through a large swatch of the central midlands. It's premature, I know. I think when everything is said and done, the canadian ensemble and eps ensembles will divide and come to a middle ground.

i think down to around summerville could do well too. better than CAE if they can keep the sleet monster back. immediate coast im smelling sleet and maybe some light zr after some snow on the front.

That'd be a helluva winter for any of us, especially the midlands!

im not sure about nc climo etc.. and not sure about appreciable moisutre getitng into 85 north. BUT if it does the ratios would be good that way

Ummmm no…. Charlotte Metro hasn’t scored in forever, nothing of note in 6-7yrs

Yea thats what's really cool about this. All we need is a half inch qpf would deliver 4" of pure powder...id take all day

I really can’t see why not. The good news is even with the CMC’s apocalyptic runs, temps are staying very cold. With that strong of cold air feed, it will be hard to take us out of the game even with a modest NW trend.

If you wanna chase this one consider a cheap hotel at Myrtle Beach SC. Plenty of options. I’m not sold on Charlotte NC but it could get dangerously close there for a good thumping. So much cold air and dry air to work with.

Meh, those likes don't mean anything to me. I don't even know how many that I lost between the Political and the Religious threads.
