It’s snowing just west of GSPI think it’s now safe to say we might have a problem for a line from GSP to CLT.
But very dry from there east - it’s taken hours for the leading edge of the precipitation to work through Anderson County. That band looks to be setting up well to our south, but hopefully my read is wrong and it lifts north through the day. It’s snowing just west of GSP

ChatGPTWFS needs some workChatGPT guy told me last night Georgia and Alabama would be the big losers with little accumulations.
I’m all for inclusivity because there was a time when I was afraid to post my own thought on these forums. But he lost me when he said the rain would wash everything away. I thought it might be Birdman trolling tbhChatGPT guy told me last night Georgia and Alabama would be the big losers with little accumulations.
Hey man don't drag the guy too much for using AI we've been hugging the Euro AI all week!ChatGPT guy told me last night Georgia and Alabama would be the big losers with little accumulations.

I was at 33 before the storm rolled in. Wasn’t a big dealI'm getting increasingly worried with the rise in temps lol. Already up to 31.5
that might be a good theme parkMy final forecast for MBY (N Chapel Hill) is 2-3”, ~2” at RDU, 1-2” in Raleigh-proper, and 3-4” at @BullCityWx’s winter wonderland in N Durham (). Could easily see more, or less. Tough forecast and I’m not a met lol. All areas get snow, but all mix with IP/ZR with more mixing towards Raleigh. Don’t see more than 0.1” ice accrual, and probably not even that much.
Also 3-4” for GSO and 1-2” for CLT.
January 2011.Somehow we screw this up and this radar turns into a bunch of freezing rain for Raleigh later today.

Would be really cool if there were betting sites for this kind of stuff. Gambling over weather model performance would be nuts.
Early for OVERALL scores …. But man, EURO A.I/ RGEM definitely about a -6.5 Fav (Touchdown ) to take the Trophy for now

Kalshi does this. You can at least bet on high temperatures at various cities last time I looked. Not sure if they do snowfall betting, but it wouldn’t surprise me.Would be really cool if there were betting sites for this kind of stuff. Gambling over weather model performance would be nuts.
I’m right on the line between the blue and the pink.
I’m gonna be relying on rates to give me bursts of snow tonight. Likely gonna have sleet in lower rates
Yeah, if I hadn't blocked him, I would ask how he plans on preparing that crow he's eating this morning.ChatGPT guy told me last night Georgia and Alabama would be the big losers with little accumulations.
