I'm apparently at 32 right at the end of the NAM run, but I can spy the Savannah River Warm Nose that will likely keep me just short from a big mess to start this event.

That's right Iceman, I AM, DANGEROUS!The benchmark is Friday at 15z. Want to see the height lines running from Wyoming to Arizona, not Wyoming to New Mexico. Different model sites have different number of contours. It's not the number of contours, just the angle of the lines.
Here the Icon is in the bad camp with the lines running from WY to NM - which is to 1300's point, that we are playing with fire with that look because the northern stream trough in Iowa is allowed to drop in way west. The fact that the ICON still produced a good, cold storm for some is a good sign.....but the GFS and ICON have been the most amplified / the most dangerous with temperatures aloft
RC I think we hit a top on that run of the icon. I’m about to sell 90% of my WeenieCoin here before the Euro rolls out. At some point, whether we like it or not, we are going to be holding on for dear life. We always do. Saddle up

The northwest trend will probably mess this up too. What we get is a repeat of yesterday and last night. The shutout is 100% going to continue for Charlotte and all of SC and much of GA.

Only reality. We really only have the Icon and Canadian showing great solutions right now. The Euro AI is too but I do not trust it. I can see this being another rainstorm for most of US. Kentucky and Virginia win again.

Just need someone to explain to me why people treat the GFS like gospel truth when it shows a less than ideal solution but also trash the model as goofy and unreliable at other times. Very confusing
It's actually the sign of a much larger mental health problem. Sometimes, we refer to people as being grouchy or "bah humbug", but it's really a deep rooted self loathing and selfish way of expression something along the lines of :
"I am not happy in my life, snow would make me feel a little bit happier, but I see other people getting more, so I am going to feel less important and happy than them, so I hope they don't get anything."
When people act this way, it's really just the effect of depression and failure to feel any sense of importance in life, so they need to try and bring others down to their own level so they feel something other than their own despair and anger.
In other words, it's a mental illness. It's best to give no response or credit to feed it.
