I really am sad for everyone that wanted to see snow this winter in GA. I know we are not getting any younger and this may be the last winter chance for some. It really is a huge disappointment. I hope those that want to see snow one last time can find a way to travel to WV or Ohio to see it.
 
We southern peeps can’t never catch a break i wish for once when the models show snow it actually stays consistent. The back and forth from being excited to being let down is tiring enough and making me go and get a 12 pack of beer from circle k gas station1736007806396.png1736007806396.png1736007806396.png

They're in Charleston, SC, I think it's fair to say it's game over for them, especially considering that it looks like game, set, match for the central parts of SC and GA.

I think CAD could be worse than thought probably about 100 miles straight to my north, but those things typically don't bust for me in the winter, they bust in the spring.
 
Controversial statement. If I’m going to miss out on this storm, I’m happier with a bomb that gives those to the north a historic event rather than it petering out like many runs have shown.

Yeah for sure. I do believe snow begets snow. Some winters it just won't snow and others it seems to gain momemtum.

This one is over and so is winter. Now let's bring on spring and storms.
 
Seems like severe weather is all we are good for in the winter here in the south book it. Also looking forward to the saturday summary from Joe Bastardi smh
 
Back into my cave for a while, hopefully forever. It's about to become quite insufferable here and I can't engage with it.
 
That was a fun few days, I'm honestly more sad since the prospect of tracking winter storms is one of the few things that kinda distracts me from the stuff in my personal life. I'll probably still pay a little attention to this threat for the next couple days
