I'd say this is doubtful but not impossible. Big MJO wave moving thru & the West Pac is on ? right now. Have to pay extra close attention to low-latitude TCs there at this time of the year, as they often have ENSO implications via the WWBs that are associated with the Equatorial Rossby Waves that describe them
Which probably means we’re gonna end up right around average maybe slightly below

TCs form closer to the equator in the West Pacific and Indian Oceans vs the Atlantic so this isn’t unusual in that regard
Wasn’t may 2019 torched by a typhoon/MJO ? Won’t ever forget how hot that was, especially the fact I was moving to apartments at the time lol

Hehe Notice how we got severe wx April 19 2019 when the MJO was weak asf but still basically near the IO per RMM, something about the MJO around/in the IO and severe wx

18z GFS is hot
Keep noticing models showing 85+ stuff time to time, won’t be long before we get that sort of stuff

Looking back at this, ended up at 74 Sunday, over performer, bet today it’s 78/79
Ready to get some higher dews and warmth. I'm not that excited about next week I think we could see the models trend colder
Agreed. Models look cruddy for prolonged AN through at least 4/20.
I am finally moving in to my new home, near Fort Lauderdale after a couple days of driving and getting everything situated. It's 73 right now, and by the end of the week it's supposed to be in the upper 80s.
Geez hour 504 haha. We are going to end up going right into summer in May

In all honestly though models trended colder usually when it came to CAD events .. went more like cold rain to possibly onset ice to cold rain

For context, Phase 7 is cool for much of the Central and Eastern US.
