Yeah dews near 80s is a whole another level of miserable. It got up to 77 here during the last heat wave and I had to jump in the shower to cool off.

At least by that one day, the weather is generally a bit more tolerable ... and the cocktail party helps ... So ... Go Gators (and as much as it hurts ... Go Dawgs ... anybody to dethrone Saban ...) ...
I am in Tulsa. Its 95 with a dp of 78. I havent experienced this type of heat in a long time. Pure misery.

Nam shows a MCS making it into NC Tuesday night, if this was earlier, then there would really be problems due to 20-25kts of 1km and 3km shear and low-moderate cape, based off soundings temp profiles will be warmer with warm 500mb temps and high freezing levels, and high PWATs which argues for heavy rain, not at Mack’s house tho

At 558 PM EDT, a cluster of strong thunderstorms was located between
Abshers and Wilkesboro...moving east at 20 mph.
Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.
