It's created, my guess is you have the member that started it on ignore.Anyone else thinks its a bit strange no one has created a Hurricane Ian thread yet?

Tropical - Hurricane Ian
Any thoughts? I feel like its around this area. IDK. Thoughts are dangerous with this system. lol I completely agree. Recon took some dropsondes from their high altitude aircraft. They found the lowest pressures in the area that you marked, and there's definitely some higher winds to the...southernwx.com
Good. Ive got an itch to get some seedlings started and was kinda bummed out we were going towards Winter already.Winter is over. Spring starts soon.
Had to change a$$ to something else people complained about languageI don't know what SD meant by Tom Brady sucks posts in the Ian thread, but I do agree that Tom Brady sucks.

---- yesMost complainers are only here for 15 foot snow storms now. Maybe we can have seasonal filters?
Welp
Looks like a beautiful weekend in Atlanta. I will be able to go to the Braves game on Saturday !Well, crap. I was hoping for some significant rains from Ian. Looks like I'll be watching for a frontal passage in about 10 days. It's getting dry, but that's not really all that unusual for September and October in Georgia. I don't see anyone west of Augusta getting any significant rain from Ian. He's heading to SC/NC. Congrats Carolina folks, you win, again...always the Carolina's that get the best weather. I'm not worried about Florida. They've been preparing and building for hurricanes for decades now.
Augusta is looking good regardless of which track you go with. Atlanta is not.Would be something if this was what verified.
I think many of us would be furious at this because we could kind of use some rain.
Now having said that, it's the long-range NAM lmfao...
Yep. I'm gonna get stuff done outdoors!Looks like a beautiful weekend in Atlanta. I will be able to go to the Braves game on Saturday !
every winter? If you don't have the Ukie, Euro and Icon on your side, you're screwed. Remember this come winter.
Cope and honestly at this point with the track going so far east we probably aren't going to be an inland thread unless modeling jumps west overnightI don't get why we don't just keep everything that is caused by a storm in one thread. If the rain, wind, tornadoes, flooding is being caused by Ian, then just keep it all in one thread for Ian instesd of having to go back and forth between two different theeads for info and discussion on the same storm.
Prepare for takeoff! The weeniegasms in the Ian thread! It’s utterly ridiculous! Think y’all had never seen a hurricane befor! ?? ?
Hopefully none in Iowa either.Prepare for takeoff!
It’s about to be a Cat 6
No rain for Shetley
??
Going to be quite funny if Atlanta doesn’t get much rain from this after all the local Mets have been hollering about this weekend being a washout
I truly praying you get 10”! And Brick tooHopefully none in Iowa either.
You'll be seeing your first flakes within the next 3 weeks. It’s harvest season! They need dry
Who needs rain when you got 10+ days of 60s/40sView attachment 122351
because I don't work there...hahaI don't really understand why this city doesn't have one more in-depth and interactive meteorologist. All or their forecasts are the most basic boiler plate minimal amount of time it takes to do it. They do facebook live videos and just read the idiots comments and questions, like I care that some low IQ moron from Dacula wants to know if its going to rain at her house.
We are certainly glad you’re here though.because I don't work there...haha
