I don't have a winter storm prediction in February like Birdman, but I do have a general pattern thought.
If the GFS is showing a pattern switch (honestly don't know as I don't pay attention to the long range that closely anymore), it will be early again.
This pattern will last for a couple weeks into February and then we'll switch to spring.

Unfortunately, the issue isn't really fixable.
I use the touchpad mouse on my laptop and sometimes it likes to glitch out and get to where I can't control it. Usually it resolves itself, but the day I complained about it, it was REALLY bad and didn't fix itself fast.
Led to me rage powering off my laptop.
