How did you do it?
moving this here since it's not related...

Friend who was never a smoker died at 42 of lung cancer. Left 2 young kids and a spouse. She was never a smoker and she got lung cancer, and here I was a smoker. I guess it finally put the reality of Cancer into perspective. I don't want to leave my kids without a father, so that was all the motivation I needed. I went Cold Turkey. On a Sunday night, smoked my last one and went to bed.

It sucked, for the first 2 weeks. No denying it. But after those first two weeks, it got better and better every day. Now months later i don't even think about smoking, and it freaking smells awful when i do smell it. I have a co-worker that smokes, and the elevator reeks after she smokes. \

Awesome! And congratulations buddy. I quit chewing more as a challenge. I didn’t want some flavored dirt to control my life anymore, my wife was tired of finding spit bottles all over the house and in the car. So I quit and it was HARD. The first 1- 2 months are like hell but after the 3rd month it was easier. My teeth would hurt, my tongue and jaws hurt. I told my dentist and he said it was normal and my mouth was repairing itself. It’s been over a year for me and now I just eat mints like crazy and chew my nails. I guess that’s better then having my face removed.

Dude, the munchies is problem. I gained about 15 lbs, but i'm getting that back under control. I used to smoke at night, and that being an appetite suppressant, I didn't eat after dinner. But now that i'm not smoking the munchies kick in around 8pm.

We used to not take my vehicle anywhere with the kids, due to the lingering smoke and odors. With me vehicle back in the "rotation" it blows my mind thinking about how much work i used to put into moving things around just to avoid putting the kids in my vehicle.

And yea, I chew the hell out of my nails too.

This isn't really "photography" so I'm posting here. Went out to a local trail to see some heavy tree damage from the 2/6 tornado I did not know existed

Standing in this one for reference, I'm 6 feet tall

I quit chewing tobacco 3 times before I finally quit.... having a, although noncancerous, growth removed from the corner of my mouth was the kicker. It was a wake up call that finally made me walk away from it for good but it was tough. Now I look back and think, what a nasty habit that was!

Yea I never had growths but my gum line took a beating, I still have a nice little pouch where I can keep my mints all safe.

If you have ever enjoyed pro wrestling, do yourself a favor and watch the AEW Revolution PPV. I have been bored with WWE for a while, and have enjoyed AEW ever since it started on TV.

I really like AEW, the story progression since episode 1 has been excellent and the character building has been decent. It also helps that they listen to the fans instead of pushing even when a character falls flat or gets booed/cheered when they should be face/heel. I hope Matt Hardy signs with aew and brings the broken character or just his creativity to the brand. There is a decent market of folks who are looking for an alternative to WWE or are actually looking for something witty interwoven storylines that are as blah as what WWE brings. I can't believe WWE spent 6 months plus on Wyatt/Fiend only to have him job out to 100 year old Goldberg so he can go get demolished by RR at mania #eyeroll

The whole Goldberg thing is awful. And you are right about AEW actually building storylines. They also have awesome matches.

The rumor is Hardy might be coming to AEW and will be the exalted one for the Dark Order.

I'm assuming that the wind gusted past 45mph, since the last thing it reported before it fell was 45. If I had to hazard a guess I would say 50-55 range

I'm enjoying the interviews of Dr. Brit Baker by Tony, her general commentary, and her heel turn. Of course, a dentist should be a heel. What were ROH and AEW earlier thinking when they had her as a face? For those who don't know, Dr. Baker is a real live practicing DMD who also professionally wrestles!

Looking through pictures of the past few years has reminded me, I'm very blessed to have been to so many places before I even turned 17. I mean come on, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Mount Rushmore, Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Acadia, Mesa Verde, and all the places in between.
