I wouldn’t say I’m optimistic, but I know that it’s not out of the question to get wintry
Basically, hard to give up on winter in Feb. Now on March 19 I'll probably be out on winter

Since when is a high of 62 12 degrees above average on feb 24! Anomaly map suggests 70.

I’m all in on winter until mid-April. Two out of the last three years NC has seen April snows.
And a late March one in 2018, too.
I believe because it’s all I’ve got.

In Roxboro, winter doesn’t end until early May, so they should definitely not give up hope.
