Is it just me, or does the new NWS radar seem like a huge downgrade? I hate it.
I might be thinking of the CFS.
Had one of those moments where I woke up for no reason just to see it snowed imby before I woke up. Now I can’t sleep. Merry Christmas lol

The GEFS is all doom and gloom, I’m not buying it ATM. I remember models had this look earlier in the month, and it eventually shifted to a colder, more seasonable look.

I feel like I'm the only one that doesn't like seeing modeled patterns suppressing things to Cuba.

Those never work out, either. If they are suppressed, they won’t trend NW. If they are modeled right over us, they will trend NW and we will rain. If they are modeled NW already, they won’t come SE. Our only hope is for a miracle.

Ok, rating this winter a solid B - so far. I’m completely satisfied! I look forward to chasing a good snow in TN. Staying far away from Nazi Cooper’s failed state.

Tonight will be the coldest night since mid Jan 2018. Today was the coldest day since then as well. Pretty solid Arctic front. Hope it's not the only one we get this Winter.
Down to 58 in Key West... Havana Cuba will get down in the 50s tonight as well.

If you wanted me to contribute with an opinion on how this winter goes, I think we'll end up not torching until sometime in February.
