Keep in mind that they count hail as a trace of snow.
Yeah, I was wondering about that.. because there are Traces of snow for CHA in June and Aug.. Just thought they were mistakes.
00z GFS has an epic looking deformation band develop. If only it were colder and it were all snow.
And now the 00z GFS clown snow map featuring a jackpot right over me. Also the GFS somehow has me at 35 or lower from Monday morning until Thursday afternoon. That’s pretty ridiculous.

Yeah I work at Walmart too and I'm so glad I'm not in management right now yikes lol they are cleaning house with the new idea I don't know if it's national yet but it's definitely here
Ours is going storewide in about 3 weeks and the last 2 days they have been telling everyone where they are going but there aren't enough jobs yeah it's a mess

Great Work Place. Walmart's new store employee blueprint. The idea is to remove manager titles and infuse a 'Team' football esque construct to Walmart. It blows for most employees, especially long term managerial positions. It tries to emphasize cross training of hourly folks over hiring new employees.
My favorite part of it is how it's been talked about for a year but they start it right before the holidays lol the absolute worst time of year
