I worked in the cold rain most of the day today and all I could think about was what it would be like if it was just a little colder. It’s funny how uncomfortable and miserable a cold rain makes you feel, but I could be out in the snow naked and not be the least bit uncomfortable.

That 3 day forecast is the best thing ever. If you got the snow icon at D3 it was on

Wetbulbed it's close that above freezing layer at the sfc is close to being too deep

This event looks very spotty and moisture starved to me. I think precip is going to underperform generally.

I'm supposed to get 1-3 inches. I expect zero accumulation. Perhaps a dusting if I'm under the deformation band.

I slowly watched the back end snow be taken away as It shifted south. Now the front end is trending worse for me. SMH, deflated balloon, Womp womp.

If you saturated it at that point in time its a snow sounding. If you look at your wind vectors on the right you can see that most of the low and mid levels have a south component so WAA is taking place
