We have people in Montana, Iowa, Michigan, Virginia, Oklahoma, Oregon. People come here from all over the country.I am new here, but was here for a while before I signed up. Why are you in the Southern forum, not to be rude, but I don't really care about the weather in Indiana,. You seem to relish in rubbing your weather in our poor snowless faces...

I think you are confusing me with tarheel. He is a troll.
That is fine, but as starved as we are for a decent winter event here, you seem to delight at our realistic sensible weather. We have people in Montana, Iowa, Michigan, Virginia, Oklahoma, Oregon. People come here from all over the country.

Just put him on ignore. Pretty sure 90% of people have already. That is fine, but as starved as we are for a decent winter event here, you seem to delight at our realistic sensible weather.

I'm not sure if DD is a troll but they seem to live in a different location every month which is confusing.Just put him on ignore. Pretty sure 90% of people have already.
Great,, we are thrilled for ya...?Pouring snow right now. Huge flakes !
You're not nearly as confused as I am.I'm not sure if DD is a troll but they seem to live in a different location every month which is confusing.
@SD We have a potential member for the chat room.I'm legit about to cliff dive at this point, I'm tired if models showing something great and then trending worse as we get closer to verification.
I'm usually the type to stay calm and wait it out but I'm just tired of getting excited about a good pattern only for it to go poof.

Then you should know our pain and snow envy, be a little more respectful and subtle. ThanksI'm from GA born and raised.
Such a bad punch line! ???
Time to punt to March
It's obvious that the really cold air isn't going to make it to the SE, outside of a quick shot after a rainstorm. Every other area of the country can get snow at any and all latitudes. But not the SE.March is always the worst. If we're punting, its to 2021-2022.
Oh man a chat room would be such a delicious disaster. I need instructions on how to make that happen
I'm just simply posting my weather conditions.
Come on RC, you can join our chat room, too. ?It's obvious that the really cold air isn't going to make it to the SE, outside of a quick shot after a rainstorm. Every other area of the country can get snow at any and all latitudes. But not the SE.
We'll see the PV look to unload in the perfect spot in the D9-13 range and then as we close in, it will retreat to an unfavorable spot and the SE ridge will pop, showing warm temps. That will eventually give way to a trend back part-way cold for verification.
We'll end up with slop to rain with marginal temps and exactly normal readings. It's not going to change. I got suckered in. But i won't do it again. I quit.

I won't be here much longer. Just enjoying the snow while I can.If I want weather conditions in Indiana, I can call my cousin Rick. If I want conditions in the UP, I’ll call my boy Mike. If I want to sit back and laugh, I come to this particular thread. LOL
That sounds fun!13, 12, 8, 8. Those are the forecast highs from Feb 10-13. You southerners want this cold ?
