Yes getting anonymously criticized in an online internet forum is worse than what I've experienced. Haha you have no idea.

Problem is I have no idea when it is okay and when it isn't. The same posts that were okay last year in the pattern and storm threads were okay as long as they were about the actual topic of the pattern and storm. and the banter thread was for complaining and chitchat about things not even involving the weather. What I liked about this place is it was laid back and fun, and an alternative to how things were at American. Just feels that is being lost now. Things were fine as they were. I just don't get why that has to change now.

You shouldn't be a moderator - you're a big part of the problem.

ABSOLUTELY. If the board would rather keep you as a moderator than have me as a poster then I'd prefer to leave forever.

Don't let them push you away. It isn't worth it. A lot of folks enjoy your input and want you here.
 
I will just post in the banter thread forever about my thoughts on the weather, pattern, and storms, etc for all 20 people to see instead of over 100 in the storm thread, even if it is on topic and used to be okay to do so and never used to be deleted if it means 1300 will stay.

Yea I would. Us moderator never gets no thanks for what we do (which I don’t want to be thank I enjoy what I do). We have to look at post all throughout the day (espically during winter storm threats) to make sure that everything is running smoothly.
I always tried to make the forum better and help.
I us even happy when you and Webber made up while back. Thinking it would add more to this forum. I went to school for business maganement and also I manage a lot of people in my line of work. So that’s what I do for a living for over 10 years now.

I just wish you would worry about the professional side of this board(expert opinion on snows/severe weather and etc). And I would worried about what should and shouldn’t be posted .

But if you want a vote on l it. I am game on. Because I don’t want to be a mod if no one wants me to be.
