So has anyone had this issue in which their computer will never stop scrolling down at times? As all of a sudden, that's started for me today on my laptop.

What sort of computer? If a Mac - I can help; if not, I'm totally clueless

Do you use a mouse or a laptop touch pad? If it is a mouse, you may need to check the scroll wheel. If it is a pad, maybe it is going bad. If you use the keys, maybe they aren't registering, and something may be stuck under them. Maybe I could be wrong and it is something else.

I use a touchpad. I'm fairly certain it's not the hardware as while it's old in the technology age, it's not that old. This suddenly started today and along with it, my computer started beeping when I turn it on. I thought it was broken (once again), but after some long beeps, it turned on just fine and other than the scrolling issue, there is nothing I can find (both of my malware/virus programs turned up clean but I didn't do a deep scan).

My down arrow key is broken but I don't think it's stuck.

Just odd.

So now all of a sudden, the beeping issue is gone. Not sure that the constant scroll issue is but the beeping issue is gone. Happened right after I fixed a suddenly upside down screen.

Odd. Hopefully that'll be the end of it.

I do about every other night . It's great I never wake up dragging the floor when I take it

From WebMD:
Light affects how much melatonin your body produces. During the shorter days of the winter months, your body may produce melatonin either earlier or later in the day than usual. This change can lead to symptoms of seasonal affective disorder (SAD), or winter depression.

Since we didn't have a Winter thus the need to take melatonin right?! Lol

Do any of you take melatonin? Asking for a friend

Melatonin is not reliable for me, but a half pill of this stuff will knock me out for 8 hours and feel refreshed the next morning

On pins and needles today.... applied to run the NYC Marathon in November and for those of us that don't qualify on time they have a lottery drawing, that day is today! There's about a 1 in 5 shot of being selected.....impatiently awaiting notification, any notification Lol

I'd try melatonin before something like doxylamine posted above...doxylamine is not recommended first-line to treat insomnia and it can interact with other drugs and has a not-so-good side effect profile. I'm a pharmacist for what it's worth, lol

Lol thanks.... honestly I'm getting less work done checking my credit card account every 2 minutes and their website then when I'm tracking a winter storm! They posted numbers and while they are accepting 6,748 that is only 17% of applicants....not the best of odds. I've got my doubts but hey it's not 5 o'clock yet so I still have a chance

It was in the mid 70s fairly late last night here and the high at least at my house was 63 (don't know what the official station says).
