Not much blooming at all on that run, more positive tilt, flatter/weaker system general 1-3 across northern half of NC (which I'd gladly take). Still much better than an over amped system at this range

Honestly, on the west side, anyone SE of a Memphis to Nashville line needs to hope for the best but prepare for disappointment. IMO.
IMO, everything from hr 90 and prior on the 00z ICON favored a more amplified solution, then it didn't happen. Northern stream diving in is everything regardless of how the table is set. But the table continues to be set more and more favorably for the amped up solution.
Wonder if the canadian op makes it 3 runs in a row holding back till sun/mon

At hour 78 on GFS looks pretty identical to the hour 78 NAM in regards to 500mb energy.
