I just did a walk and everything definitely got a thick layer of ice on it here. Impressive storm. I would say totals are:
Snow: 3.5 inches
Sleet: .25 inches
Freezing Rain: .15 inches
Snow: 3.5 inches
Sleet: .25 inches

I didn’t realize how quick the ice built up in a short time. Already a tenth of inch of glaze. Its light returns right now so everything is stinking. The roads have an inch of snow and sleet with a solid layer of ZR caked on top.
Still fighting the good fight here. Snow for a while then switched to sleet briefly. Back to snow and enjoying it as long as we can

Big city of Enochville (Rowan County) checking in. Few hours of light to moderate snow and a light dusting before the switchover to IP/FZ. Nice to see some flakes before the all to familiar warm nose made its grand entrance. Good to see some fellow southerners to our SW score though. Y'all stay safe (and warm) out there.

It's about a 50/50 sleet/snow mix now here at my residence in Wake County and the temperature is holding pretty steady at 29.9 degrees. Snow is starting to cover the ground in more places and hope is rising that at least I will get a dusting out of this before all is said and done.
