Any snow verifying for Western Alabama?
Dry air has been impressive but glad you finally are seeing itFINALLY, spotted a flurry here in Clemson, SC. That took some pressure... whew.
Same here but I don't see it lasting long. Rates dropped off but there's a huge area building back west. Crossing my fingers as we sit at around 1.5".Interesting because it's about 50/50 snow and sleet here now.
I'm back to mostly snow now. 1" of snow and .25" or so of crust on top. Sledding was epic just now.I'm @ 29.1 with steady ZR coming down now
What radar are you using? FFC being down sucks.Same here but I don't see it lasting long. Rates dropped off but there's a huge area building back west. Crossing my fingers as we sit at around 1.5".
Should be any minute now for you. On the Roswell/Woodstock line and we just switched back to fully snow.Just waiting for flakes again. Give me flakes!

January 24 is my birthday and that would be an awesome gift!I know we all are focused on this one but we have another storm on the 22nd and it looks better potential than this one today. Let’s make it a double.
Does a bear $hit in the woods . We going to be cooking later this evening in WNC.Good for NC?
Just my two cents, but the radar looks great right now comparatively. I think the FV3 will lead the way here and you're good for 3-4 inches just from the fronto band. I'm not buying the anemic totals on the Hrrr over your way.Guys the HRRR and last nights Euro, and I think the RAP nailed this heavy band in mid SC and the dry wedge in the upstate. I am a bit disappointed about this upstate dry wedge but that's the way it is. We need some precip this way, temp is up to 31 after a low of 22. Congrats to all those seeing snow!
