Its starting to really move now...hr 96
 
I wouldn't give up yet...its not that far behind the 18z gfs position...lets see how this goes...GFS does have a more impressive shot of cold this for thur.
 
The problem is the tilt and maturity. Look at the posititoning of the surface lows. the new run cuts the low north through the northern rockies.
 
neutral* tilt around 108 or so.  Congrats Canada.
 
The kicker is further south and stronger...I wouldn't be surprised if this speeds up quickly  hr 102

Ya, but this can't go that far north...lol  The flow will not allow it...or it shouldn't...I only see this like maybe 6 hours or so slower...
 
Now it's starting to go a little slower, it was about the same at first as 18z. But now, it's starting to push SE. Get ready y'all.

Ya, this run will prob not get it done....the energy is def. a bit slower and stronger for sure.  Lets see where it goes though.
 
I see CAD setting up at first, rain then to snow on this run. Maybe, we'll see.
