Rates just doubled in Cary
1.25 so far tonight, total 1.5 and still snowing. Like everyone else this stuff is small fluff blowing around like crazy. Kinda like TC rains, smaller drops but highly efficient precip producers haha

That band just east of the Triad looks insane, especially considering the rates we’re already getting under comparatively weak radar returns. I know radar can be a bit deceptive with snow, but still I want in on that! modernweenie

Maybe 1.5 in spots? Accumulations seem to have picked up

Yep we have over performed. Gonna make a serious run at 3+ if we can keep this upHeaviest rates of the night. Approaching 2” in Randleman, NC. 22.7 degrees.

2.5 on last measurement about to have a nice band come through, what a great event
