Edit.. Sorry for the large file. I’m going between newly issued work devices and a new personal phone. Haven’t had a personal phone in 15 years since work provides everything from phone, iPad, and gas card.
New work devices block every single app I need. Ex - banking, billing, radar, social media etc

1. I eat Kellogg’s All-bran sticks mixed with bran flakes for bfast almost every day. Other than milk, I add nothing else to it. Only barely sweet. Delish! I look so forward to it when I wake up. I get depressed when the bowl is almost empty.

2. Some folks eat ice cream to cheer up, but Jerry Seinfeld eats cereal as an anti-depressant. Also, he likes to eat it out of a tall glass instead of a bowl. This is hilarious:




3. This is even more hilarious: Kramer fixes cereal with tomato juice lmao!!

All good choices. Golden graham's and honey combs with minimal milk are also great
