There are some stations just to the west of Rock Hill down to 19° so seems reasonable.

I’m going to bed feeling like this will not be super impactful for Atlanta metro. Maybe a quick shot of snow then sleet and some freezing rain before temps warm above freezing by afternoon? Maybe I’m just being negative

My biggest fear is people crucifying the NWS if this doesn’t go well.
