I'm in that general area it does sound like some IP been mixed in over past 30 minutesView attachment 106544Hoo boy. Wind is howling and pink returns mixing in at AL / GA line. Sh-t is about to get real. Praying for IP.
not good...hoping for the best/power to remain onChanged to frz rain here at 29
Ok you got your first 1”+ since December 2018, hopefully I can get my first one since April 2019 later this weekBest snow since December 2018 !
I am under the assumption that if this continues to track and not cut, nc/sc line area could stay all snow? Also, would the back end rates increase as the ULL pulls through as opposed to racing off to the north? I have seen this occur in the past. Also the ULL just seems south of guidance and is still moving SE and digging instead of cutting. Surface low and 850 also looks like it’s headed straight for the upstate instead of up the apps.
35 rain here ,still rain there? This is crazy. Snowing all around me and I’m still with all rain. Supposed to have several inches by now
Good sign!I'm in that general area it does sound like some IP been mixed in over past 30 minutes

It’s still trying to snow right now and I’m wondering how
Just heard the NWS Atlanta is considering extending the WWA further south.
Do you think the line is moving back south. I had gone over to almost all ZR here but in the last few minutes, I can hear a lot more pingers hitting the window… hvy sleet againIt’s still trying to snow right now and I’m wondering how
Yeah 35 here but still rain but heard it might be changing over just to my west36 now in Madison, AL but see some 34-35 readings close by
We’re already colder than any model had us at this point and frankly, we’re gonna bottom out around 21 or 22 here.ZR is very South. I think we may have an over performing ice storm on our hands
