It's just crazy how time flies. It still doesn't seem real that we are in the year 2022. Feels like it should still be 2005.
You got to very off the beaten path nowadays to really get that dream. Read an article on the triangle business journal how the rise in property costs has people looking at random ass towns in Kansas now . Lol.Youre right!!
Go back 5 more years so I can have Jan 2000 again. It's just crazy how time flies. It still doesn't seem real that we are in the year 2022. Feels like it should still be 2005.

Damn. 1993 here.The year I graduated high school ?
It’s interesting , thing is the rise in property cost is not just limited to booming areas . Home prices have risen in far flung towns with little to no growth at all. Frickin Detroit man!It is enough to alter your life plans and settle for areas you otherwise wouldnt consider.
I have memories from 93’. You ain’t that old!Damn. 1993 here.
I love motor city pasttime, but damn unimaginable that it hasnt sunk real estate wise. It’s interesting , thing is the rise in property cost is not just limited to booming areas . Home prices have risen in far flung towns with little to no growth at all. Frickin Detroit man!

Your old bro , that was like 7 years ago. Dude this year makes 4 years out of high school for me. ---- I’m old af.Graduated HS in 2015 ?
It's my best non-chase snow. Lets face it, snow at your house is more fun than snow in a hotel hundreds of miles away.Same. It's still my best snow 29 years later ? was an hour and a half east of Birmingham
Was that the one that scarred Fishel for life?December 2000. That was easy. I was going to get 12" for sure. Ended up with 12 flakes. Horrible, horrible bust. As good as January was, December was that bad.
Weren’t you like 5 then tho ? I mean i was around that age for the big February 18 inch snow in Charlotte .Same. It's still my best snow 29 years later ? was an hour and a half east of Birmingham
What year did you graduate high school? Did you have high school in your day ?Was that the one that scarred Fishel for life?
Same. We moved to SE Wake in 2003. All of the fields and farms and woods have been turned into neighborhoods. Too many people and the roads are still the same. Plus we have to watch people 3 miles away get snow while it rains. I hate it here lolI feel your pain. I am pretty much a lifelong resident of Southern Wake County and the area I live in has become almost unrecognizable to me with all of the road construction and residential development going on around me. I often get frustrated with the increasing traffic and the desolation of the landscape around me to shoehorn in more people and the fact that there is little I can do to stop it. There is a bright side to everything though, even this dilemma, think about how much your property value is increasing and how much that can do if you ever decide to sell and move to greener pastures one day.
