Yeah all these stupid hurricanes are just transporting tropical air northward. Probably why it's been so warm ever since Irma.

Until that Bermuda High leaves, this hurricane season ain't going anywhere. There is nothing to cool the water down or sweep the tropical systems OTS.

Yeah, I've noticed. It seems like Nate is desperately trying hard to make one final push to re-organize it's center. You can see it pretty well in the most recent frames on IR. Northern half looks pretty solid.

Chaser video from Dauphin Island, Ala., showing some really strong winds starting to hit the coast.
And agree with the comments from several above ... for the first weekend in October, it was very humid and muggy in North Georgia today. Unlike Irma, where the wedge saved us from any severe weather, the tornado threat is going to be something to pay attention to in my neck of the woods tomorrow.
