I don't know. I think it was something going on with NickyB earlier before that too. I like Webber and the knowledge he brings to the board. My only issue is I think he used to kind of use that knowledge to wishcast good patterns when he lived in NC, and now uses it to bittercast against us sometimes now. That's just my opinion though.

It was more than just one post, there are other things factored in, including past behavior and I'm not just speaking about one incident. Usually everyone doesn't know the whole story so it's probably just best to let it ride and move on.

Its all good I just really want the best for this place and I think we should all respect each other. Its ok to disagree or argue a little but there's a line.

I agree and appreciate that but we can't address an issue if we're not even sure what that issue is to begin with. Either it's a problem or it's not.

Surely you are trolling but in case you are not here it goes. The snow fell in the low 20s starting mid morning. Traffic compacted the snow into a continuous sheet of ice. I could have ice skated from Atlanta to Emerson and I'm not kidding. I was sitting at a complete standstill at Windy Hill in park and my truck slid two feet to the right. It doesn't take much if the temps are that low.

I apologize. I take full responsibility for getting that going. I thought everyone knew he was in timeout and was just making a joke about him getting a weenie tag when he gets back. Apparently most didn't know he was.

It's fine I had no issue with a post or 2 but it was like a page of everyone trying to dig up an answer. My door is always open and I generally respond to pms for almost everyone within a day or 2 at most if anyone has questions or concerns.

Lol. But seriously, I did contact them today and the problem I was asking about was not getting the teleconnection updates the last two days. I was told that has been caused by a CPC system issue (a system that takes model data and produces teleconnection indices) and it should be resolved by Monday. Now if there’s a new issue with slow model output, that would be a different problem that I’m not aware of. The meteorologist had told me the teleconnection problem was totally independent of the model output, itself, which had been running fine when I talked to him this morning.

If I'm not mistaken it was 19-22F across the north metro when all that started. When you have full on traffic compacting 2 inches of powder, it turns to a solid sheet of ice almost instantly. All the folks from the north joking about what happened would be in the exact situation without treated roads.
