This tornado is chunking debris all the way to tilt 4. So it's picking it up pretty good. This may be a strong tornado. I'll keep a eye on if any mesoscale discussions for this storm are dropped.

A new storm getting stronger north of Laurens. Looks like it has a hook on it.
I hope this last line coming through can drop some water and not a tornado. Because my 1.25 Fred total so far is embarrassing.

The cell that produced a tornado earlier merged with another cell and cycled. Into a larger meso. Still very close to the radar

That one north Woodruff could be real trouble. May go into Downtown Spartanburg soon. Just got a warning issued on a storm I am watching near Cross Hill. This one may come my way later.

Tight healthy meso shoot. Big ceiling for this one
This is an absolute crazy situation I have never seen such a well defined line of supercells like this attached to a tropical system giving an actual almost tornado outbreak? … and the spot of most activity looks almost exactly where the experimental model showing where the bullseye of tornado activity was going to be. I mean you can’t discount that model ever it has to be the best preforming thing I have seen in a while.

Yeah he was worked up. Never stopped to take a breath for about 20 minutes. Couplets all over the upstate. He was all hot and bothered.
It’s times like these where I’m thankful to be able to read a radar. Not sure how anybody lives without Radarscope. It’s literally a must.

Reports of a tornado about 2 miles from me about 15 minutes ago. That line is no joke. I wasn’t even near the most worrisome portion of the storm going towards 26 and downtown Spartanburg. There was tight rotation in 3 different sections of that line in Spartanburg county alone.

1.25 total an hour ago and 3.25 total now that quick! I'll take it! Hope everyone is safe though from all the spin ups.
Looks like the weakening low level lapse rates is helping a bit

Picked up 1.9" yesterday and it'll be more today.
Had another interesting moment outside today. I decided I had enough time to do my full walk after that first thunderstorm from the line. Turned out I misjudged the time that I had, it started raining on me when I was down the road and I had to run part of the way back to the house.
I only got wet for part of the way though. It was raining at a steady clip down the road, and only lightly raining closer to my house.

6.14 in the bucket since midnight. Some redevelopment off to the southwest may add a little to that. Had 1.27 yesterday.
Surprised at how quiet it is with tornadoes/rotation, weak low level lapse rates doing a number, still a threat tho
