Is it a condition of employment?

I really don't mind wearing a mask but if I were to guess, I'm not the only one that never wore one outdoors just to wear one.

I suppose it's a different opinion but I don't consider it "conformity" to wear one. Not when you can get masks that are decorated. I've never worn an N95 and I have never double masked, but personally I have no problems with putting on a Georgia themed mask.

Now, if you're talking about having everybody wear a boring ole' surgical mask, haha, yeah, that's conformity.

When I can, I will stop wearing one though.

Went to gastro dr today. She seems to think a lot of my issues are gerd. Going to take protonics and see if it calms down. And after I’m done with this clindamycin she’s going to give me something to try and reset the bacteria in my gut. Been quite the week last week. Went to ER on Monday with the chest pressure that checked out. Went Wednesday to urgent care to get boil drained and they sent me to ER, ER did ct and said nothing to drain, started me on clindamycin for cellulitis and the boil. Friday morning it just wasn’t looking good, went to main hospital ER and by then the boil had come to a head. They dosed it up with lidocaine and lanced it in ER all while giving me a 3 hr iv of vancomycin. Got all the infection out, packed the wound and upped my clindamycin from 300 mg 3x a day to 450 mg 3x a day. Told me to come back Sunday for wound check. Went in Sunday and there like it’s looking ok, follow up with wound care in 2 days. Go into wound care this morning and there like, uhh this is closing up to soon from outside, we need to reopen this so it will continue to drain. Got to now go in to hospital in the morning for a OR procedure to clean it up better and remove some dead tissue. Found out while at wound clinic that the culture came back as MRSA. Cellulitis is pretty much gone, I pray this clindamycin will clear up the MRSA

What is the reasoning for someone fully vaccinated to still wear a mask? I will be in a week but wondering why it would still be the official stance of the cdc?
Just my opinion but the CDC needs to understand their audience a bit. If the goal is more vaccinations(as it should be) it was a misstep to still require vaccinated people to wear masks even outdoors(when the science doesnt support this). I get the policing of this gets tricky but you have to motivate more people to get the shot that are on the fence about it.....and they did not.

Ok, had my OR procedure today. Cleaned the wound up good. Found out after taking 50 of the clindamycin that the mrsa is non responsive to it. There putting me on Doxycycline 2 tablets a day for 7 days. My wound will have to be repacked every couple days. To top things off, we got a call this afternoon that our daughter was exposed to Covid at school yesterday and now has to home quarantine

Clindamycin is what wrecked me when I had MRSA a few years back. They hit me with an IV bag of rocephin a 7 day set of keflex and a 10 day set of clindamycin at the same time.

My advice is take a daily probiotic.

Ever take doxycycline? Apparently it will kill most probiotics to but apparently culturelle will survive it to the gut. Taking that 2 times a day
