Please be right...even slightly AN temps for end of Feb into March is nice. Would be mid 60F's for central NC and with the 50/50 low maybe some cool nights.

Maybe those 60s for my area can become 70s closer to time.

We all need some grief counseling to be honest. We are all bipolar

I have to say losing an Ice storm/wintry weather to Memphis is a helluva lot easier on my attitude than losing one to Raleigh.

Just a nod to our CAE friends. Unless something unusual happens in late Feb or early Mar it looks like another season will pass without measurable snow. There is a little bit of a difference depending on location but for most you have to go back to 2014 to have seen measurable snow. It looks like some saw .1 inches on Jan 7 of 2017, but that seems to have been very spotty and minor at best. The western areas saw the Nov 1 snow that started in Greenville and went down 385, but most of Cola proper and CAE only had a trace. For the greater area, and the airport itself, the last measurable snowfall was Feb 12, 2014. This was 2557 days ago and counting. That means there are second graders out there that have never had snow in their lives, and 4th graders that have no memory of it. My heart goes out to you winter weather lovers in CAE. Here's to hoping next year is kinder and the streak is broken!

I'll take the under here too
In all honestly, between the rest of this month, March, November, and December we’ve got a decent shot at it, but February/March/November/December 2019 and January/February/March/November/December 2020 and January 2021 don’t give me as much hope as I should have. In theory, I think we should be bottoming out in the teens each month of winter, on average, right? Maybe that just isn’t true anymore. Things don’t work like they used to.
